How to Play

Survive the onslaught of the various enemies that approach from above. Use the gems they leave behind to cast spells to take out more of them.

• Starting the Game
  • On the right side of the welcome screen:
    • Select Start on top to begin. Press the Enter key to begin play.
    • Select Options on the bottom to open the game’s controls.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your keyboard:
      • Press the left and right arrows to move.
      • Press the Z key to select .
      • Press the enter key to pause the game.
      • Press the X key to select and attack
  • Game pads
    • Press the left and right directional buttons to move.
    • Press the A key to select and attack.
    • Press the B key to quit the game and return tot he welcome screen.
    • Press play button to pause the game.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Although this game might load on touchscreen devices, its controls are optimized for devices with keyboards or game pads.

• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Move from left to right to avoid the approaching enemies.
    • Blast enemies from above using your wand.
      • Select an attack from the top row.
      • You’ll need to have enough gems to utilize the attack.
      • The table on the upper left side shows you the cost of each attack.
    • Collect gems to fuel your attacks and replenish your lives.
      • Every time an enemy perishes, they turn to gems.
      • Walk toward the gems to pick them up.
    • Survive until the wave of enemies stops.
  • Shooting
    • Initially you shoot straight upward with a regular shot that does not cost you any gems.
    • You have 3 additional shot patterns you can cycle through which cost 1, 2, or 3 gems per shot.
    • Try to use your regular shot throughout most of the stage & if you start to fall behind or see some shooting enemies building up activate a more powerful attack until you clear out the hazards and then switch back to your regular attack.
  • Lives
    • You begin the game with 3 lives.
      • Each time you get hit, you lose a life.
      • Lose all your lives and it’s game over.
    • Collect 100 gems to earn an extra life.
  • Enemies
    • Enemies have different behaviors, which play a role in how you avoid them.
      • Falling enemies like carrots will simply fall down. All you need to do is avoid them before they fall.
      • Bombs will fall down, but will remain dangerous until they detonate.
      • Flying enemies like mosquitoes will travel in a circular pattern but will sometimes try to attack you. It’s better to try to shoot them while they’re still in the air.
      • Some enemies shoot at you after hitting the ground. Given that your character can not jump it is critical to defeat the shooting enemies early to make the most of your health.
    • Enemies leave behind gems when they perish.
  • Levels
    • Levels are unlocked sequentially.
      • There are 4 season-themed levels with 3 levels each.
      • The game has a total of 12 levels.
    • You can replay any of the levels you’ve previously beaten.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like simple shooting & survival games.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
